I'm Cindy, a puppy who was abandoned along with my little brother. I didn’t develop properly in my mommy’s womb, and my front legs were born incomplete, so I can’t walk. Someone found me and took me to the vet, but my surgery and prosthetics are very expensive for the kindhearted person who rescued me from the streets. Please help me — I just want a chance to run with my brother and my new adoptive siblings. I want to be happy. ❤️
